AQUA ZUMBA combines the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for a challenging and fun shallow water workout. No swimming experience necessary.

DEEP WATER alternates high-intensity exercises with core and strength building segments, using various buoyant equipment for optimal training. No swimming experience necessary.
GENTLE YOGA is a slower-paced form of hatha yoga, emphasizing alignment and breathwork in a supported environment. It may include slow flow movements, longer holds, and balance poses to increase stability and body awareness.
HATHA YOGA builds a yoga foundation by moving slowly and mindfully. Postures may be held for multiple cycles of breath to ensure proper alignment, while increasing strength and flexibility.
HIGH FITNESS incorporates choreographed, interval training alternating between cardio peaks and toning tracks set to music you know and love.
HIIT combines strength and cardio intervals followed by short recovery periods.
PILATES MAT is a series of floor exercises designed to strengthen muscles through flexing, extending and twisting motions of the spine.
POWER CYCLING increases cardio endurance, strength, and speed while powering through intervals for an energizing workout.
POWER YOGA is an all-levels vinyasa flow with an emphasis on strength, sweat, and movement.
SCULPT is a full-body workout incorporating light weights, cardio and strength intervals, and breathwork to fire up your metabolism, challenge every major muscle group, and leave you feeling strong.
SENIOR CIRCUIT utilizes weights, balls, TRX, and the Kinesis cable system to challenge balance, stability, strength, and cardio.
SENIOR CONDITIONING works with body weight and exercise bands to improve functional movement patterns, joint stability and strength.
SENIOR YOGA increases range of motion and stability while improving balance through gentle seated and standing yoga poses. Modifications allow the use of a chair or bar for extra support.
SHALLOW WATER mixes cardio with balance, core and strength-building intervals. Hand buoys are used. No swimming experience necessary.
